This Privacy Policy explains how REMEX ("REMEX", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit remex.in or use the REMEX platform on behalf of your organization.

1. Information We Collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit — name, phone number, work email, company name and any message you choose to add. When your organization becomes a customer, your team's use of the platform (leads, contacts, bookings and related records) is stored on your organization's behalf and is not accessed by REMEX except to provide support or maintain the service.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries, including by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To operate, maintain and improve the platform for customer organizations.
• To send service updates and, where permitted, product communications you can opt out of at any time.

3. Data Belonging to Your Organization

Data your team enters into REMEX — leads, contacts, bookings, commissions and related records — belongs to your organization. REMEX does not sell customer data, and access within your account is governed by the roles and permissions your admin configures.

4. Phone Number Masking & Access Control

Within the platform, lead and contact phone numbers can be masked by default and revealed only to users your admin specifically permits. This is a configuration your organization controls, described further on our Why REMEX page.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses minimal, functional storage (such as remembering your theme preference) and may use standard analytics to understand traffic. No sensitive personal data is sold to third parties.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including role-based access control, audit logging and encrypted transport — to protect information handled by the platform.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information held by REMEX by writing to demo@remex.in.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
